Thank you for choosing to use LimoTrudeau.com. Here is the normal procedure at the airport. If you have requested our “meet & greet” service, ignore these procedures. We recommend, however, to keep our phone number in case you can not find the driver or you have missed your connecting flight.

To get your limousine service at Montreal Pierre-Elliott Trudeau International Airport (Dorval), follow the signs to the limousine dispatch station (door 24), contact the chauffeur that would have sent you a welcoming message at the time that you would have requested the car service. If the passenger does not meet his driver at the airport, he must phone us (514) 332-3322 so that we establish contact. Failing to make contact, the full amount will be charged.

Policies (for sedan service)

Not applicable for holidays, Grand Prix period, weddings and graduations.

For a sedan service in the metropolitan area there is no charge for a cancellation or modification made during the office hours at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. After this time, the full amount will be charged. For other vehicles, the time required is longer and varies by vehicle and season.

For a normal pick-up, we give 15 minutes after the time that we've agreed on. After this time, the car remained on site but we will charge waiting time. If we can track the flight, a delay of it will be considered as an additional delay.

If the passenger does not meet his driver at the airport, he must phone us (514) 332-3322 so that we establish contact otherwise the full amount will be charged.
